Came in with a stuck gas cap door while riding on fumes. Service closed at 3:00 and I was there at 3:01. Service manager said all the techs were gone and he couldn’t help me. Said there was a way to pop a panel in the back to pull a release cord but he wasn’t going to do it and wreck anything. HE’S THE SERVICE ADVISOR! I went to a competitor and they were very helpful! Had three guys working on it and I was eventually on the road. Don’t go here for service... they don’t care about their customers. More
