Super service! I was quoted a price for the 30k mile maintenance and was getting a recall done also. Original time estimate was 3 hours. Replacement taillight I came in because I needed my taillight replaced. I would normally do it myself, however I wasn't able to get the cover off without the chance of it b I came in because I needed my taillight replaced. I would normally do it myself, however I wasn't able to get the cover off without the chance of it breaking. They said it would take about 45 minutes, which surprised me a little. I didn't think it would take that long to replace the light bulb...She said they really didn't have time to do it the day I was there. I let her know I wasn't able to come back this week and would really like to get it done today, if possible. She said they could get it done, if I was fine not having the multi point inspection completed. I said that was fine. I was just happy to have the light bulb replaced and a FREE car wash! More
