Friendly, Good Timing, Great Price I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change, and I asked them to fix one of my running lights. I was told on a previous visit that one of my running I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change, and I asked them to fix one of my running lights. I was told on a previous visit that one of my running lights and one of my high beams were out. (I appreciate my dealers in that they not only inform me of what my car is need of, but they also give me the option of having it done on the same day or later on.) When I arrived, I was greeted within a minute or two, and they looked up the notes of my previous visit to find which running light needed fixing. I waited for my car while they took care of it, and I think the staff returned for me within an hour or so, which was the estimate I was given. I was also told that when my running light was fixed, the high beam on that same light may have been fixed as well. (I think I feel a little confused by this. I think I will actually have to experiment with the lights on my car to what is actually working.) The price for this visit was wonderful. Maybe this is partly because I am on the "oil for life" program, but I think I was also given a discount on my running light because of a misquote in price. I thought that was thoughtful. I was also informed of what I should expect for my next visit and oil change--the 90,000 -mile service. I admit I am not really looking forward to that one, but I appreciate knowing what is included in that service, how much time it will take and how much it will cost. As always, I also appreciate their care for me and my car. I just wish I knew everything that was included in the 90,000 mile service and a breakdown of prices for each action. I admit I am no expert on cars or how to fix them, but the price/time estimated seems a bit much for what I see listed. More
