Dan was very good over the phone to identify the vehicle that would work best for me, and seemed the most respon Dan Flom is a great New Car Manager. Dan even drove out to my house to look at my Z06 for a possible trade (roads were too icy to drive it to Walser.) We set a time for me to stop out - I decided to buy the Sonata the minute we came back from the test drive. Frank Donato, Customer Specialist (finance) was equally helpful. Really made the paperwork process quick, efficient, and pleasant. Almost enjoyable. I'm amazed how streamlined the process was, and his personal help to identify places in Italy to visit with my family was excellent. After all of this the store manager thanked me for my business - seemed genuinely appreciative I picked up the Sonata two days later and Dan had the car warming up for me (10 below weather that evening) All this and a great car and an excellent value. More
