They were very attentive including the General Manager telling me to contact him personally if I ev Ithought the experience with Walser was wonderful. They were very attentive including the General Manager telling me to contact him personally if I ever had an issues at anytime with service or any other aspect of Walser. The salesman Frank was not pushy and did not try to influence me in any way. There was no hard sell, just a nice test drive and a willingness to answer questions. They listened so well to my preferences that the first car I test drove was the one I bought as it was everything and more that I wanted including the color! After the sale, there were a few items that could not be dealt with day of, like some mats that had to be ordered and the salesman went out of his way to come to my part of t town to drop the needed documents. So far all is not just well but wonderful. More
