The staff are great but cars are not. I have purchased two cars through this dealership brand new, an Elantra Touring and Tuscon. After I upgraded to my current car (Tuscon), I was told th I have purchased two cars through this dealership brand new, an Elantra Touring and Tuscon. After I upgraded to my current car (Tuscon), I was told that while my old car (Elantra Touring) was on a test drive the transmission blew. It only had 60,000 miles on it. I recently had to take my Tuscon in for a air bag recall and within a week my radio is not working right. I call them to report this and they say they are not related and that I would have to pay $99 to get a diagnosis. My Tuscon only has 38,000 miles on it. If the transmission blew on a car with only 60,000 miles on it and the radio is malfunctioning in a vehicle with less the. 40,000 miles, I am not sure I will buy from them again as the quality has not be great in my experience. More
