Liars & Cheats I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra from Walser Hyundai. After a couple weeks of dealing with strange smells and allergic reactions, it became clear tha I purchased a new Hyundai Elantra from Walser Hyundai. After a couple weeks of dealing with strange smells and allergic reactions, it became clear that this vehicle had a mold problem. When I brought this to their attention, Roman Kosovan (the new car manager), told me he would get in touch with the district supervisor and get back to me. Later, he had the salesman who sold me the car contact me and inform me that they were not willing to do anything about it. They never even took the car in to check it out. The mold problem was bothering me so much that I could not continue to drive this vehicle. I requested an exchange for a comparable vehicle; they turned me down. I could not continue to drive the vehicle, so I brought it in and left it with them. I needed something to drive and with the dealer refusing to help me I had no choice but to purchase a vehicle from a competitor. Later after finally getting in contact with a senior manager at Walser corporate (Chad) they changed their tune and offered an exchange. Meanwhile, Roman worked at covering his rear by claiming he had offered to exchange the vehicle right from the start and Chad believed him. At this point I just wanted out of the deal because I had (out of necessity) purchased another vehicle, but the dealer would not oblige. What makes this even more amazing is that I had previously leased and later purchased an Elantra from this dealer before. I never had any problems or complaints and felt comfortable with dealing with this dealer. They obviously did not care about that relationship. More
A complete waste of time. I brought my car in to be appraised and sold. I made an appointment the previous day. Upon arrival a group of giggling very young people greeted me ou I brought my car in to be appraised and sold. I made an appointment the previous day. Upon arrival a group of giggling very young people greeted me outside. They had no idea I was coming. Another very young man was hollered for. He drove my car around the lot and parked it. Approximately 4 minutes later he came over and offered me 50$. Now...I was offered a fair appraisal of my car, a 2002 Saturn SL 1. In poor condition the Kelly blue book values this car at 1200$. No one looked under the hood, or in any way explained what exactly took away from my cars value. To sum this up, I was treated very badly and the service offered does not exist. A waste of my time, as well as the humiliating treatment. More

I started searching for a new car a little bit longer than 8 months ago. During that period of time I visited the dealership multiple time and took several test drive. They were very patience and answered all my questions in very courteously. I never felt pressured to buy. Both, my wife and I have purchased vehicles from this dealer and received the same treatment. Their willingness to go beyond the call of duty for me to get the car I desired was very commendable. More
Traded in 2013 Elantra for 2013 Santa Fe Sport I loved my Hyundai Elantra but due to the winters in MN I wanted a SUV. I originally got my Elantra at Inver Grove Hyundai and they were helpful and f I loved my Hyundai Elantra but due to the winters in MN I wanted a SUV. I originally got my Elantra at Inver Grove Hyundai and they were helpful and friendly but I live closer to Walser Hyundai so I thought I would give them a try and I am happy I did. I have some past credit issues but they were able to keep my interest the same and get me into the Santa Fe with no issues. The guaranteed financing is true! I worked with Troy and store managers and they were all great! Everyone in the building in friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I would recommend Hyundai to anyone. Hyundai has attractive, affordable, quality vehicles to suit anyone's needs. Thanks Walser Hyundai for the great experience! More
