My salesman, Ryan Miller, was wonderful to work with. I first met Ryan (in March 2011, I think) when he first started working at Walser Hyundai after graduating from College. He spent the better part of the day test driving an Elantra with me (nice car!) and then a Sonata or two, patiently allowing me to drive home to show my wife and neighborhood car critics. He never rushed or pressured me to purchase. Early on, I think what he may have lacked in experience, he more than made up for with his enthusiasm and sincerity. Long story short - 10 months later (when my 16 year old vehicle was failing) after numerous test drives of all the top rated vehicles at various dealers, I remembered Ryan and went back for another look. It was evident that Ryan believes in the Hyundai line and had put effort a lot of effort into knowing every detail of his products… I finally bought my 2012 Sonata and Love it. I also spent time with Rhett Dressell and other staff and found everyone to be very personable and professional. I had a similar experience in 1991 when I bought a new truck at another Walser dealership and was treated like I was their only customer through the purchase and years of service afterward. I'll be looking forward to more excellent service at Walser Hyundai and my next purchase. More
Friendly staff, however we put money down on a Sante Fe that was given away to another customer after we put the money down. Then they found us another Sante Fe which had 5000 miles on it and ended up payi that was given away to another customer after we put the money down. Then they found us another Sante Fe which had 5000 miles on it and ended up paying almost the same price. Tried to work something out with them, but issue was never resolved. Love the Sante Fe though. More

We had the pleasure of working with Jason on the purchase of our vehicle. We had spoke to him over the phone regarding the car and our trade-in-value. I was very pleased with my experience at Walser and my salesman James Berrisford. There was no waiting around when I arrived. I told James what I was interested in. I had seen an Elantra on your website, and we found it on the lot. We took it for a test drive, and as soon as I was driving it I knew it was the car for me. When I told James I would like to purchase the car, there was no haggling about the price. He gave me the exact price I had seen listed on your website, no surprises! The wait for the paperwork took a long time, but that was not James fault. It happened to be a Saturday and was the last day of the month and the last day of the year. I drive 60 miles a day to and from work and have enjoyed driving my Elantra every day so far. I have already experienced some slippery roads, and it has handled well. Judy Tesch More
I had some online dialog with Jason a few days earlier while researching dealers and deals. We had already visited a couple other dealers earlier so we got there pretty late in the evening but Jason and while researching dealers and deals. We had already visited a couple other dealers earlier so we got there pretty late in the evening but Jason and his boss (I can't quite remember his name now but I think it was Ram or something similar) were both very accommodating and helpful. I had an older salvage car that been in an accident and totaled due to it's age but it had been fully repaired and was in excellent condition with low mileage. I felt a few of the other dealers I had visited had given me the run around a bit and were trying to "low ball" me because of this. After going through the usual discussions/haggling stuff for a few minutes Jason and Ram did what the others didn't. They just came out and asked what they would have to do to get my business that night. I shot them a realistic and reasonable number taking things into consideration, they accepted it, and we were done. Because it was late (30 minutes after closing) we scheduled a time to do the paperwork the following day and I figured we'd pick up the car at that time but to my surprise they just made a copy of my drivers license, took down some insurance info and sent us home in the new car without signing anything. I haven't had that happen since the old small town days back in Wisconsin. It was kind of nice to deal with guys like that..... More
