The first salesman (Ryan) that I worked with did a fantastic job. He answered all of my questions, was patient with my questions and worked with me to get the car that I needed/wanted. Contrary to this, Ryan's team mate Steve (who closed the sale as Ryan was not available due to the holidays) was not friendly nor do I feel that he had any interests in mind other than his own. The experience and my business appeared to be more of an inconvienence and quite frankly, Steve almost cost this location my business. Were it not for this experience, I would have rated this location higher. More

Overall, it was a very great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and did their best to keep me comfortable for the long wait to hear back from the loan companies. I'd say the only thing troubled me was having to come back again to get them something they had accidently missed. It was a little troubling because of my busy work schedule, and such. However, if I were not so busy it would have been just fine. Pricing was reasonable, and they also gave me a great trade in value for my older sontata. I would very much reccommend this dealership, and I am planning to get my future cars here as well. More
