I had been searching various dealerships and was very dissatisfied with the initiative and the follow through that I was experiencing with the sales persons. I was then referred to Rhett and was immediately pleased with his professional approach. I received a call immediately, had all of my questions patiently answered, and was delighted with his friendly approach toward myself and my young daughter when we met in person. He listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to oversell me on features that I did not wish to purchase. The whole process was a wonderful experience - I LOVE my new Santa Fe and would recommend Rhett, as well as Ryan Miller who also graciously assisted me with the final signing of the papers. More

The guy who checked me in, I think his name was Tyler had NO idea how to work their new system. HE SUCKED. It took him 35 minutes (I timed it) to get my info. I received no call. I called them at 5:55pm before they closed to see what was up. Turned out they LOST my phone number. Picked my car up the next day (because they did not call me early enough) and it took 57!!! Minutes to get my information right into the system. I had the same inept guy who had NO CLUE how to use your database software. It was just silly. Got my car home, and the bolts for the plastic cover over the engine were sitting on top of the engine block. Did you forget to put any other parts back? I hope not... but I would not be surprised. I thought that dealers were pro. I would trust any mom and pop garage over this group of jokers. I did really like your shuttle driver and everyone was friendly... Just horrible at their job. More
All the staff was super helpful. Frank, the salesman we wiorked with, was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the best vehicle for us and not the most expensive one. We were looking for a car that we can drive into retirement with peace of mind. In our search for such a car we used the internet to mainly quarry Honda, Toyota and Hyundai. I appreciated Ryan Miller's contact, it seemed more personal as to the other dealers saying more or less "Come on Down." I did not want to go to any particular dealer at the start and was pleased with Ryan's communiction. Since Brooklyn Park Hyundai is a 25 min. drive I did not want to drive up for just a test drive since my schedule varies working nights. Ryan drove the car down for my wife to test drive and she said she like it and it would be worth going further. We were also looking for a car that had a 10 yr. warranty. More
Our first visit to the dealership was very nice. Jason Witta cam right up to us as we examined the first car we came to. He introduced him self to us and asked our names. He then explained that they were having trouble gettin that kind of car and year.. He then suggested the sport and then we saw it and were sold. He gave us all the information about this car and answered all questions.. He was so nice and informative the we could not, not buy a car.. lol... The training of this young man has been so good and he was informed in all the information we needed. He dealt with us professionally and friendliness. It makes us want to do business with this firm. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE from Troy Howard at your Brooklyn Park location on 10/1/2011. I absolutely love the car. It's my 3rd Sonata and I can't see me buying anything else. Not pushy at all and genuinuely seemed to care about making sure I got what I wanted on the car and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want. I also love your new sales process ...where I'm no longer taken back into closed door room to deal with the finances. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone and whatever you're paying him, he deserves a raise! I will definitely come back for my next vehicle in the future. Steve Cooney was very helpful. He didn't waste my time. He gave me the specific information I requested. He had to do some work to find the car in the color I wanted and he got exactly the right car. I rated this highly because I was very impressed with my purchasing experience. I called the dealership right after work and knew exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived to look at it, the car was pulled right out front so I could get started right away. It was no pressure and the process went fairly quickly.
