I booked an oil change for 415, arrived at 415, I did not get my car back until 625!!! I checked in at the 1.5-hour mark and they said they hadn't started yet. I’ve been going there for service since 2010. i drove from south Minneapolis for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. The car wash was broken, as was the coffee machine. My car had broken down so I had it brought here. Javier was very thorough in his diagnostics of the vehicle. Professional, and understanding. I ended up selling my car to someone else. I had an in my car for a paint warranty issue. We scheduled a date for me to drop off my car and to get a rental while the work was being completed. When I arrived, I was told that the auto body s We scheduled a date for me to drop off my car and to get a rental while the work was being completed. When I arrived, I was told that the auto body shop was still a week out from being able to take my car. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, so this was irritating. But on top of that, I found the service department workers to be disinterested in the error and the service department manager was borderline rude with me. On top of that, when I received my car back, there was a fresh ding/scrape on one of my doors with paint from the other car. I wish I would have taken pictures of my car when I dropped it off and left in in their "care". More

Brought my car in for service and after quite a while the man ath the desk that checked me in came over and asked if I had seen the video they sent me. I said no I had not and he proceeded to tell me that a man ath the desk that checked me in came over and asked if I had seen the video they sent me. I said no I had not and he proceeded to tell me that a seal was leaking and they would take care of it. I said okay and waited for them to finish. when they were done he brought me the paper work to sign, I was on the phone so he held it on the car so that I could sign and the I left. After I got home I was going thrugh my emails on my computer and came across the video from you folks. I was totally surprised when I watched it and saw that the tech held up a couple of filters and said they were dirty and should be replaced. I wondered why nobody said anything about that when they came to talk to me about the leaky seal. I told the man I was working with that I had not seen the video when he asked me about it. After watching the video I looked at my paperwork and saw that it said I had deferred the suggested replacement of the filters. WOW! Its amazing that I could have deferred when the filters were never discussed. I was not very happy after reading this so called the number on my papaerwork. The resonse was basically oh sorry about that and then crickets. I said thats all you have to say? He told me that he was not at the dealership so he really couldn't do anything but that if I wanted to schduIe to get the filters changed I could do that. I thought well thats great I can come back and sit for another 2 hours to have them replaced when they could have easily done it while they had them pulled. I told him I thought someone should call me back to discuss what had happened. He said he would do that. This all took place Friday, 11/22 and it is now Monday, 11/24 and I have heard a word. Pretty disappointing service. More
