Numerous items. Never received video of work done to start. I left a voicemail at 5:20pm, never received a call back. After back and forth, i eventually called again to find out it was ready to be picked up (at 4pm) next day from when i dropped it off. More issues with service manager, very condescending and zero customer service. Also left the general manager a voicemail today looking to discuss more. Should also mention I’m dealing with a charge (unrelated to this) from Carl, the previous service rep who didn’t check my warranty… done typing for now, but I have more to say More

Car got dropped off here to get an engine replaced. But when I got my car back they tore my license plate off and plastic wrap underneath my car. Service Department was excellent. Had to have it in twice within week for major warranty repair. The communication , listening and timeliness of their work was really superb. I understand there can always be warranty repair issues but the service provided and follow up is what keeps my loyalty. From checking in, to the follow up with additional repair really stands out to me. I love my Santa Cruz and the service department made this repair process painless and reassuring that , if service is needed, they'll be on my side; very comforting. More
