We used service to replace blown engine under extended warranty. This service went fine and communication was adequate. However, upon pickup we found the vehicle had been parked under a tree and many bi warranty. This service went fine and communication was adequate. However, upon pickup we found the vehicle had been parked under a tree and many bird droppings were on it. The rep gave us the vehicle but no attempt was made by him to apologize or run through car wash. I guess you could say the final vehicle delivery was crappy More
