Very difficult to get a hold of someone at the dealership throughout the day. I utilized the complimentary Lyft service provided to go back to work while my car was being serviced. I actually enjoy going to Walser Hyundai for my oil changes! I bring my laptop and work on my writing projects. I wrote a poem while I waited this time! I appreciate the free wifi, the spacious and comfortable and attractive seating, the popcorn and bottled water. Oh, and they do a great job taking care of my car, too :) I should also note that I was late for my appointment (thanks to road construction and freeway on-ramps being closed at THREE different locations!!!) but they still let me keep my appointment instead of making me reschedule. I keep getting reminders (CARFAX) about getting my trunk latch repaired even though it was supposedly done 2 weeks ago….Ethan said he’d call me about whether or not my extended warranty would pay for my low latch repaired even though it was supposedly done 2 weeks ago….Ethan said he’d call me about whether or not my extended warranty would pay for my low tire pressure light but I never heard from him….my appointment took 7 hours…I wasn’t kept informed about the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. Ethan was a nice kid in a situation where I understood a couple of mechanics were out sick? A couple of benches outside for customers to wait would be nice—-also a pop machine and a snack machine…On rereading this it sounds very negative. However, that was my experience on this visit. Most times I’ve been very satisfied…… More
What a rough experience. I was given a "service done by" date 5 times, and all of them were wrong. What was supposed to take 2 days took 6... The service advisor didn't seem I was given a "service done by" date 5 times, and all of them were wrong. What was supposed to take 2 days took 6... The service advisor didn't seem to know what they were doing to my car, and it made my move out of town incredibly stressful. I was late to class, had to panic-pack, etc. Very disappointing. More

I received a paint recall which you guys called the #Warranty extension but it was on a recall form so very confusing. It’s still cost me $1100 to have the hood and the roof painted on my daughter’s 20 #Warranty extension but it was on a recall form so very confusing.
