Service center was great once I was able to make an appointment. It was hard to actually get my appointment scheduled, had to call 3 times. It’s Hyundai I have a problem with! Waited almost 9 months for a fix to an issue that could cause my car to catch on fire! Told to park my car outside ……I live in Brooklyn Park MN and if I had done that I wouldn’t have a car due to our high car theft. Before this I had the anti theft recall which still makes my car a target. I really like my Elantra and am ready to trade up but after my experience with Hyundai it won’t be a Hyundai. More

I had very good experience with my car services. Staff are really helpful, take time to know the problems, give a walk through post service also a recorded video about the car service overview. My got couple of services with other service centers but this place is the best and I drive around 40 miles for a service here. It's worth the drive. Service Staff is friendly & Nice. Only aspect that need improvement is WIFI & Customer Lounge. More

1:15 appointment. Was waiting at the dealership for the service. Didn’t finish until 2:45. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half for an oil and filter change. Buying the car at Walser and then finding out that the wrong engine was in the car was a sign to go elsewhere. I thought I’d give Walser another chance, I’ve decided that there’s a dealer closer to where I live so why not go there. More
