I drove around the block and had to return to the service center. When getting out of the car, I noticed that the technical left a device attached to my car and that is what was alerting. Since the dealer’s server was still not working, I had to purchase a hotspot for my Mac to access the Internet and thus have the capability to work remotely. After requesting a color coded PDF of the inspection report be emailed to me so I could see what services would next be due, I noticed that the brake pad thickness had not been added to the report. Also, the video of the vehicle inspection only showed the engine and not below the vehicle. More
