Dropped my car off with a possible bad engine. Was treated very well by Moses and the staff. Was able to get a loaner vehicle and continued on our way. Was updated constantly by Moses. Picked up the car with a new engine about 7 days later. For my first time using this dealer I was very impressed! Moses was excellent...can't say enough good things about him!! The only issue I have had was it appears the loaner agreement was not closed out after we dropped it off as I received an updated agreement by email with the wrong return date (10 days later) and the wrong milage ~500 more miles than what we drove. This is concerning to me as someone else was using the loaner under my agreement and insurance. More

Very poor communication from the person handling my repair. I understand sometimes tech issues occur that are beyond our control, but I had to initiate the conversation in order for him to inform me th repair. I understand sometimes tech issues occur that are beyond our control, but I had to initiate the conversation in order for him to inform me there was a delay due to the computer system being out.
