Worst experience ever! This is so frustrating and unfortunate because I have been a customer at this dealership for years and I have never had a problem, complaint or bad e This is so frustrating and unfortunate because I have been a customer at this dealership for years and I have never had a problem, complaint or bad experience or service. In fact I have even recommended them to friends and family. I won’t be doing that again after this week. The staff is inefficient, inept, incompetent and nonchalant. They don’t communicate with staff and have no idea what they are doing. I brought my car in for a check engine light on Monday and ignored my car and when they finally fixed the problem I had to return the car two more times because they broke stuff during service or didn’t finish the job properly. I’m not sure what else they broke in my car. Waiting to find out! Horrible experience and I don’t trust them anymore More

I actually enjoy going to my oil change appointments at Walser Hyundai. The waiting area is so pleasant and I always get a lot of work done or get caught up on reading. I bring my laptop and use the wifi. Walser Hyundai. The waiting area is so pleasant and I always get a lot of work done or get caught up on reading. I bring my laptop and use the wifi. I appreciate the popcorn and the coffee and water. The place is so bright and clean and well-kept. I feel comfortable there. Oh, and they always do a great job with my car, too :) More

My engine was replaced I took it into a different shop for a totally different issue. They showed me some things that were off . So basically I was told whoever put the engine in did a sloppy job!!. Of course what I did I text the person that I was working with and tell him that I will need it to bring it back so they can do the proper work. It's frustrating because they keep my car for almost 2 and 1/2 weeks. And then for them to leave bolts loose And it looks like it's leaking. It's just very disappointing. Nothing came out of my pocket wish was great but it was a very expensive bill. More
