I dropped off my car on Friday morning and was told the part that was needed would be in on Saturday and I assumed that would mean work would be done on Saturday I got a notification Saturday at 8am that part that was needed would be in on Saturday and I assumed that would mean work would be done on Saturday I got a notification Saturday at 8am that the part was there and then radio silence until I was finally able to get ahold of someone Monday morning who basically told me my car was finished and ready I wouldn’t have left my car there on friday if I’d known I couldn’t have it back till Monday I was never even offered a loaner More

Friendly, honest and helped with getting my new car remote programmed. I was quite surprised for a $400 key and then a larger charge to program it and then it didn't even have the backup key in. Perhaps parts should check an item when it comes in to ensure all is there and I didn't have to make extra trips there.
