Ken did a superb job. As for the dealership, computer problems during my visit resulted in a very long wait in the lounge. I understand that (stuff happens), but I need to say that not everyone (especially those trying to read, work, or use personal devices) enjoys your choice of music. For me, being involuntarily subjected to it for 5 hours was torturous. Since everyone in the lounge had a phone, iPad, or laptop, I suspect that most or all of them would have preferred their own choice of entertainment, rather than yours.
