Check engine light came on Only 1100 miles on my new car and the check engine light came on. I took it to Walser and they checked it in. About 40 minutes later, they came out an Only 1100 miles on my new car and the check engine light came on. I took it to Walser and they checked it in. About 40 minutes later, they came out and told me the problem was a loose gas cap. No charge and got a car wash also. More

Quick Service Took my car in for an oil change. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The service advisor told me the car would be ready in one hour (including Took my car in for an oil change. Mike, in your service department, quickly got me the appointment for the following week. Walser sent me an E-mail confirming the appt., And followed up with a reminder, 2-3 days prior to the appt. I am always very happy with my service at Walser hyundai On Monday morning my car wouldn’t start. Set up a tow and my 2011 Elantra was picked up at 3:30. Called Hyundai in advance and let them know it was On Monday morning my car wouldn’t start. Set up a tow and my 2011 Elantra was picked up at 3:30. Called Hyundai in advance and let them know it was coming. Yhry had 4:30 appointment. It was fixed and ready to be picked up at 5:17. Can’t ask for any better service. I got new spark plugs, tire rotation and it was almost due for an oil change so I had that done too. I have always brought my car to the dealer and have always done any work they suggested. I have 99,000 miles on my car and hope to keep it longer More
