Their shuttle service was able to bring me to work with only a slight delay to the start of my work day. Within 6 hours, I received a phone call that not only had the oil leak been fixed, but an open recall on my model as well as some other unknown (to me) issues were fixed. I have an extended warranty through Walser, and it was honored and covered all charges for the repairs without any questions asked. Car trouble can be an extremely painful experience, but the folks at Walser did an excellent job of alleviating the majority of the headache associated with getting your vehicle repaired. Overall, excellent professionalism and high quality of service performed extremely quickly with no need to haggle over whether or not the warranty covered this or that.
