I suppose all dealerships are the same but when asked if they could do a few minor things before purchasing the car they flat out said no to everything....it is a reminder when things are good for the deale they could do a few minor things before purchasing the car they flat out said no to everything....it is a reminder when things are good for the dealership you win, but when things are not good for dealerships, the line outside may be quite short. Our salesman, Anthony, was really nice and just a decent person to talk to. The sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing two additional warranties that may or may not come in handy. The 4 versus 5 star re person to talk to. The sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing two additional warranties that may or may not come in handy. The 4 versus 5 star review happens here. When we were there to purchase the vehicle, we asked about the second key. We were told that there wasn't one. This is how we got sold on the Tire and Wheel warranty where you can get one free key replacement per year. About a month later when we wanted to make use of the plan, MAGICALLY, our second key was found in a random desk drawer. So, did we have to come out of pocket to another company for a replacement key? No. Did we have to use the tire and wheel warranty to get the second key? Also, no. Am I still paying for a warranty that may or may not come in handy someday? Yes. It's a bit deceitful, but that's part of the used car game. However, we disliked it so much that we've decided that the next vehicle purchase we make will be for a brand new car and not through any Walser dealer. More
Great communication on available inventory. Found the used car I was looking for at a great price. The sales staff was very transparent about the vehicle, warranty, and financing. Bought a used car that immediately had brake issues, trim taped on, air suspension problems. Was back in service within a week and broke down on the lot after picking up with two bad batteries and a dead alt taped on, air suspension problems. Was back in service within a week and broke down on the lot after picking up with two bad batteries and a dead alternator. Pushy addons during sales process (service contract, rust proofing, gap insurance) cancelled and got a better deal just calling molar directly. If you red a new Nissan, probably fine. I would not buy a used car here . More
