Sold us a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. They hyped up the vehicle big time. After driving it for a couple weeks, found that the AC compressor does not work. Conveniently sold before we needed to have AC, but now that is going to cost us a lot of money to get fixed. Vehicle was also missing several parts. Rear defroster does not work as the cable came off back window. Driver visor falls out. If Walser wants to reach out and fix these problems I’d be more than happy to change my rating. Problem is is that I live 3.5 hours away. More

I was at this service center for an oil change on my vehicle which was completed on time, however I noticed oil leaking from under the vehicle after the oil change. I went back to the service center on vehicle which was completed on time, however I noticed oil leaking from under the vehicle after the oil change. I went back to the service center on this matter and they rechecked the vehicle and told me that it was the old left over oil from the vehicle due to the design of the vehicle which had to be cleaned up and they said they performed the cleanup to make sure no more oil leaks. Trusting this diagnosis I drove the vehicle for another week and ended up in an extremely dangerous situation when the vehicle suddenly stopped running while on road and won’t allow me to apply gas. Fortunately a major incident was avoided because there was less traffic and I was able to park the vehicle in Caution mode. Later I had to make an appointment with a local mechanic shop and they thoroughly check to find that the vehicle engine oil was dangerously low which caused the issue to happen and found that the oil filter was not correctly installed!! I had to completely redo the oil change and perform an inspection on the vehicle to make sure it was safe to drive! I amount of time, effort, worry and tension I had to face during this time was unbearable!! So I won’t recommend this service center. More
