Always prompt and courteous with great service. A very welcoming staff. The sales person had given incorrect information on the car we were going to purchase, said only a single owner and no accidents. We were given a Car The sales person had given incorrect information on the car we were going to purchase, said only a single owner and no accidents. We were given a CarFax info sheet that stated the car was owned by four different companies (rental and bussiness companies) and the car was in two minor accidents. They pushed using Ally for financing. They also pushed add-ons. We agreed. We signed the papers. When we got our copies sent via email, I noticed there was an error on the address for us. I called back to let them know about the error on the address. They sent us online copies of the documents to resign online---They still had the wrong address on the papers. I told them I do not want the "pushed add ons" and I want the address corrected. They dropped the addons, it took 6 weeks to get the title staighted out and get plates for the car. Durring that time, I checked for a differen lender, I found a different lender that was 2 points lower. I borrowed from them and paid off Ally. The people were nice and blamed the errors on their system. More
