Walser Nissan Wayzata has been working on improving their service drive customer service and it shows. Compared to my previous visit this most recent visit was a very pleasant experience. Have had a good experience in the past with sales staff. Service department has failed to follow through on commitments to get in touch with me multiple times on a repair issue.
