It took 2 1/2 hrs to diagnose. Couldn’t fix on this visit. Must come back. You are charginging $650 for a part replacement. Ridiculous. More

There was an extended delay in receiving the necessary part. This caused a problem for family visitors but we were saved by use of loaner until repair was completed. More
