We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just over a week of owning the vehicle, we discovered it was previously used unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just over a week of owning the vehicle, we discovered it was previously used in Canada, which means many of the vehicle’s settings are locked in the metric system. This is not a simple setting change and requires additional work and cost to correct—something that was never clearly disclosed to us during the purchase process. When we reached out to the dealership for help, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told this would be entirely our responsibility. The lack of transparency and accountability here was frustrating and felt misleading. To make matters worse, on our very first family road trip, the vehicle began displaying multiple warning lights and error messages. Experiencing this so soon after purchase has raised serious concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the inspection process prior to sale. What stands out most is not just the issues themselves, but the lack of customer service and support afterward. We felt ignored when we brought up legitimate concerns and were left to deal with problems that should have been addressed or disclosed upfront. We would strongly caution others to do thorough research and ask very detailed questions before purchasing from this dealership. Based on our experience, we would not recommend them. More

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I called and spoke with Cody and explained to him I was in a really tight spot with a Buick that I was sold and it was a lemon and I had been having I called and spoke with Cody and explained to him I was in a really tight spot with a Buick that I was sold and it was a lemon and I had been having troubles with since I bought it from a different dealership. Cody was very empathetic and told me he would see what they can do to help me. I filled out the forms I needed to and when he came back he told me they could take in more for my Buick than I would have imagined and also waived a bank fee for me so they could help me get the financing for the Nissan Murano I wanted. I was so grateful and happy I started crying tears of joy!!! This company is top notch and really actually cares about their customers and takes great care of them. I noticed when I got home the headlights were burnt out and they replaced them free of charge for me the next day. Cody is great and easy going and made the whole process stress free. Ordered a part for my truck, came back a week later when it was in. Turned out to be wrong part. Ordered new part and price more than doubled. Found new part at another dealer for much cheaper. Dealer completely would not on price when I had just bought the truck a week earlier. Salesman I worked with was busy trying to sell a car to another customer at the same time. I wanted to be completed by a certain time as I had some family waiting on me to get back. Needless to say I was late after being left to wait for him to get back to me after working with the other customer. All in all I feel the dealer didn’t have my best interest in mind. Only their own. I always use the dealer I bought from for all maintenance. After all of this I will not be back More
