Scott Brown was a very fun guy to work with. We went to Wayzata Nissan to look at some new 2016 Muranos that they had very good prices on. We went inside to do a little searching on their customer computers and also found a used 2016 Murano Platinum with 8k miles on it that looked interesting. We went out to look at the new Muranos and Scott Brown came out to work with us. He asked how we were doing and I said fine. I asked him how he was and he said, "Aces, Baby!" I immediately liked him. Long story short - Scott did everything he could to make us comfortable. When we went on a test drive, he even got outside to show us how the vehicle's cameras worked and while he did so it started to downpour for a few minutes. He stayed out there. It really showed what a dedicated guy he is. Bottom line - Scott was / is probably the best car salesman I've dealt with. I enjoyed talking to him, dealing with him and getting to know him a little. We bought the used Murano last Tuesday (June 7) and took it to the cabin this last weekend. We are very happy with it and we really appreciate Scott's help. More

Alex Zevelev = Hoensty and Integrity We bought a Nissan Rogue from Alex Zevelev at Wayzata Nissan. He did not try to upsell us on a new or higher priced vehicle but rather, pointed out wh We bought a Nissan Rogue from Alex Zevelev at Wayzata Nissan. He did not try to upsell us on a new or higher priced vehicle but rather, pointed out what he thought were differences in option packages, trims, etc that we would be interested in knowing. Ultimately we opted for a near new Rogue and saved thousands on a similarly equipped new model. Never any pressure sales, just friendly banter and exchange of info. He truly and very clearly is a man with ethics and integrity and I would not hesitate to ask for him again or buy future vehicles from him. Very positive experience and very refreshing to not have someone try to schmooze you into something you don't need. Only remote criticism of buying experience was the interaction with the loan officer who kept trying to upsell warranty packages. Not impressed with that person but definitely will come back based on experience with Mr Zevelev. More
