I purchased a 2014 Ram 3500 on August 25th, 2025, and I drove from 4.5 hours away in North Dakota to get it. The entire process was super painless and expedient which was extremely appreciated. On the way home the pickup's check engine light came on. I texted my salesperson Cody the next morning and he immediately had me bring the vehicle to a local dealership to have the light checked. After inspection the dealer found out the issue and 4 other issues that were not covered under my extended warranty contract and the bill was going to be north of $4000. I sent the report to Cody and he escalated to his sales manager Brandon and GM Ryan. Nearly immediately I received a phone call from Ryan and he informed me that Walser was going to cover all the repairs! I can't say enough good things about the staff at Walser, even though there was a slight hiccup they owned the issue and made it right immediately and went above and beyond what they needed to do. I will drive from anywhere in the country to buy my vehicles from them! More

The only issue I had is that I checked the tpms on the way to the dealership and it said 40,40,39,35. Yet multi-point inspection said 33,33,33,33 both in and out. So it looks like the technician did not actually check my tire pressure. His inspection video did include tire tread depth, but not pressure More
