I had some issues with a requested equipment addition and install at the time of my used car purchase from Walzer Wayzata. It took over 2 1/2 months to resolve and have the install completed. I got shifted a install at the time of my used car purchase from Walzer Wayzata. It took over 2 1/2 months to resolve and have the install completed. I got shifted around between the sales representative, manager, and service department throughout this time. I finally found the right guy after 2 months. Sales manager, Will. He blamed the lack of communication on change in management. I finally had the install completed today. The service guys, Chris and Logan were great and so apologetic for all I've gone through. This is my first car purchase in over 10 years. I love my car but was not expecting to have this issue and experience the lack of communication and follow through from your people. I would not recommend you to friends and family. Perhaps with better management training and practices, your service can improve. Just being honest. Namaste. More

The service took me car immediately and checked out my concern about my air conditioner not working. The service department was able to get back to as I waited in the lounge in a timely manner. The only issue I had is that I checked the tpms on the way to the dealership and it said 40,40,39,35. Yet multi-point inspection said 33,33,33,33 both in and out. I checked the tpms on the way home, it was the same as going, and also used a tire gauge at home and found the tires overinflated. So it looks like the technician did not actually check my tire pressure. His inspection video did include tire tread depth, but not pressure More
