Pleasantly surprised on ease of transaction I initially was contacted by Josh about a new GM program I was eligibke for & madr an appt to go talk with him. Neede to stay in a monthly dollar ran I initially was contacted by Josh about a new GM program I was eligibke for & madr an appt to go talk with him. Neede to stay in a monthly dollar range but also needed a couple of changes. It narrowed down the field and found a vehicle I like and should fit in my budget. Phil & Mike went through some other items of concern for me and we were able to finish off the change over that same day with Xavier as Josh had another customer appt. I had no intention of actually making a discision that day but felt I had a really good deal. I went back to turn in my second key to the previous car & Aaron helped me as if he started with me first. As an added note, their Service Department has always been friendly & helpful the few times I've gone in. Thabk you. More

Excellent service. I called to see if I could get in to have a headlight fixed because a bulb had burned out. When they said yes I asked if they could also do an oil ch I called to see if I could get in to have a headlight fixed because a bulb had burned out. When they said yes I asked if they could also do an oil change and tire rotation at the same time as my car was due for that shortly. Again the answer was yes and I was told to bring it in within an hour and a half. They estimated how much time it would take and finished the servicing in about 2 hrs. More
