When I leased my Mazda CX-30 from White Bear Mazda, I was verbally assured by a manager that my oil changes would be covered during my lease. When I recently returned for an oil change, I was told I w was verbally assured by a manager that my oil changes would be covered during my lease. When I recently returned for an oil change, I was told I was only entitled to two complimentary oil changes. The paperwork presented to me did not specify either that oil changes were free or that I was limited to two. I was disappointed that I had to argue to have the promise I relied upon addressed. I was also uncomfortable with several employees approaching me at once at the service desk, which made me feel confronted rather than listened to. I do want to acknowledge that the gentleman who ultimately helped me resolved the issue, honored my oil change, and treated me with the assistance I needed. I genuinely appreciate his help. I simply wanted Mazda Corporate to be aware of my experience and how this situation was handled. Thank you More

It was an oil change. Good thing they didn't mess it up because they could have destroyed my car.
