Great First Experience I purchased my vehicle, used, through another dealer, but it still had the remainder of a new vehicle warranty through Mazda. Broke down on 494 at 1030pm. My car broke down super late on Tuesday and it took me forever to get my car towed in Wednesday. Service was completed in a timely manner. My wife brought my daughters car in for the airbag recall, which was completed within the time frame she needed. The two issues were when the service advisor asked my wife if she knew how to use push button start, and the free courtesy check performed on the car. The way she was asked if she knew how to use the push button start made her feel as if she was being talked down to. The tire pressure they said they set the tires to was the incorrect pressure for the vehicle, then when I checked the tires to set them correctly they weren't even set to what they said they had set them to. More

A week in advance. I also wasn't given the full diagnosis of the issue bringing me in for service until I specifically asked the service manager at pick up. Needed parts weren't available at my appt necessitating an extra day without my car. More
