I was able to get in the service department on short notice to replace my car battery. Service rep was helpful and thorough in troubleshooting based on what I was experiencing: tailgate would not open, notice to replace my car battery. Service rep was helpful and thorough in troubleshooting based on what I was experiencing: tailgate would not open, warning indicator alarm sounding while I was driving to dealership. He explained all steps that technicians would be doing, and kept me informed as I waited for work to be done. I must admit to being surprised at the cost of a new batter; parts and labor added to more than $500. This is triple the cost of a new battery installed at another Subaru dealership in 2022. More
I bought a car. After 30 days warning signs for the tires started flashing. Sent my rep a message to contact me, also because I never got my license plates. They sen After 30 days warning signs for the tires started flashing. Sent my rep a message to contact me, also because I never got my license plates. They sent them twice to a wrong person. He never responded. Now my car broke. Battery burned after 7000 miles. Very expensive service contract does not cover the battery or that tire pressure sensor, which was a problem from the very beginning. We contacted the rep, because I wanted to negotiate about this extra about1500 cost, I was in town anyway to buy a new Car. Not the rep or the manager wanted to return our calls. I’m buying a new car, but not from you!!! Company is as good as their ability to handle things when they don’t go as planned. Now nobody is calling back so that I can cancel my useless service and oil chance contract. Shape up and start taking care of your customers!!! More
