Mess of a dealership, passed me around to multiple salesmen who were communicating with me separately and telling me conflicting information. At one point they had an undisclosed AI program reach out to me and lie about the state of the car in order to get me in the door. When I showed up expecting it to be ready they had no clue that the AI had done that. They also neglected to mention the vehicle I purchased had suffered hail damage previously until right before they handed over the keys. I was under the impression that you pay a bit extra at a dealership for the added professionalism and peace of mind you might not get buying on Facebook or Craigslist, but these guys were shady. More
