Ok I will explain.The 1st issue was the technician told me was a quick fix and so would only be charges for 30 min for labor, but labor alone was $400. The 2nd issue is then drove car to work after repair (same day) and then it wouldn't work AGAIN after 2 hrs. I called and was told it was "probably the battery". I paid for new battery, still didn't work. I called technician again, and no help was given other than requiring me to pay for a tow for you to then again overcharge me again. I needed to take it to ANOTHER dealership to get it fixed AGAIN. I was overcharged for the labor and because no one truly checked my car needed to pay hundreds of dollars more. Not ok and only way to fix is to reimburse for the labor. I can let the rest go even though shouldn't have to.
