Didn’t get what was promised I’ve visited this service center 4 times for my Toyota Care program. At my last visit I learned staff had not checked out my fog lights as had learned I’ve visited this service center 4 times for my Toyota Care program. At my last visit I learned staff had not checked out my fog lights as had learned they weren’t plugged in! But I was assured “everything” met quality standards Yesterday I learned the cabin filter (supposedly changed in July 2018) was torn, full of dust, and moldy! Current mechanic says couldn’t have gotten that bad in 3 mo. Also learned my wheels hadn’t been aligned when car was new causing expedited wear. They are now bald with wires coming through after only 29,000 miles. They would have been under warranty had the service center been truthful about the wear when I specifically asked about it in July. I was told they were fine and just starting to wear. Either untrue or really cheap tires installed at factory! So I now need to replace all filters plus 4 tires less than 5,000 mi after last “service”! Any wonder I doubt these things were ever done under Toyota Care??? More

They recruit the most rude people and every time I call I get a different answer to the same question. They refused to give the phone number to Walser Corp to let them know about my experience. Stay away from this dealership! More

This was a very frustrating situation with Toyota corporate since I purchased the vehicle in November and just got my Highlander back with the repairs made in June. Brett was very helpful and understanding in getting the issues resolved and finding me a great car to drive while the issues were being resolved. More

Plenty of time to wash the car and vacuum the inside. Neither was done. Not even enough gas in the vehicle to make it back home (10 miles away) without the gas light coming on. No survey or email from them wanting my input with how pleased I was with their customer service. I can see why they don't want to hear about their customer service! Called to discuss with the general manager, but he as too busy to call me so had one of his helpers call me. He showed no compassion or remorse. I absolutely will not purchase another vehicle from this location!! More

Walked out and bought the same truck from Carlson for 2k less than what walser wanted. Stay away from this place. There no haggle is a joke, priced way above what you should be paying. More

We were disappointed to find corrosion on battery once home, and tires were not inflated correctly; pressure light went on by next day after driving vehicle home. Spiked helped arrange an appointment with the service dept to look at the battery and check the hitch, which we appreciated. He promptly returned calls to us about the above. Overall, we are happy so far with service at Walser Toyota and with Spike's assistance. More
Used to recommend Walser but not anymore!!!! I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma from Walser Toyota of Bloomington in January 2017. This vehicle had a clean Carfax report according to Walser. I re I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma from Walser Toyota of Bloomington in January 2017. This vehicle had a clean Carfax report according to Walser. I recently had new tires put on the truck and had an alignment done at the same time. The tech preforming the alignment had me come back to look at his findings during the alignment. He showed me that everything was with in spec as far as the alignment was concerned except for the right rear wheel. I asked the technician how this was possible as the vehicle has a straight rear axle. He said the only way this could be like this is either a manufacture defect or it was in an accident. I live out of state and it's not convenient to bring the vehicle to Walser to look at it. I did take it to a local Toyota dealer where I live and they inspected the vehicle and they found that the vehicle had been in a previous accident. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty through CNA. This was supposed to cover drivetrain, and many other components on the vehicle. I called CNA and told them what was going on with this vehicle and they were very rude and told me that it was still covered under a manufacturers warranty. This isn't covered if the vehicle has been in an accident. So, I called Walser back and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I said what if I trade the vehicle in on a brand new 2017. After only owning this 2013 truck for only 8 months and putting on less than 9000 miles, Walser wanted to give me $8500 less for the vehicle I had purchased 8 months ago. I am very disappointed in how this whole situation has been handled by Walser. Basically, telling me that I'm stuck with it now. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased through Walser and have even referred 1 other customer to purchase cars with Walser as well. I can tell you that this is the last vehicle I will ever purchase through Walser. Now I am stuck with a $1500 repair to have a "used" axle put in this truck so that it doesn't wear out the new tires I just put on it. I am cancelling my extended warranty that I purchased through CNA as they will find a way to NOT cover you for damages to your vehicle that you paid to have a warranty on. More
