Katie was very helpful in getting the car ready for pickup. I have been shopping for a vehicle for about 6 weeks. Katie had the car ready when we arrived at the dealership. We left the dealership around 9 pm with the newly purchased vehicle which included all paper work done. I would have give 5 on the price excepted that Walser was the 2nd best price at the time. But I would consider it as a very good pricing since Walser does provide 52 free car washes for the 1st yr. Both Katie and Tom were not your "typical" car sales people. They were both personable, friendly and helpful. They felt more like a relative at a picnic (if you know what I mean. I have spent several weeks looking for a used car I liked. While I found some that sparked my interest, many simply didn't fit my body height or were more expensive than I desired to spend. Another dealership allowed me to drive a car (to my mechanic) with separating tires on the interstate @ 55+ mph. Not displaying care/concern for their customer. Walser Toyota was a unique, fun experience. The employees I worked with tease each other and encourage the customer to join the fun. The dealership had two used cars that I had interest in and worked in my budget. Bob Spicher and the team worked with me as I negotiated through several details/concerns I had with these vehicles. They even allowed me to hold the car I had decided uppon an extra two hours past the time I agreed to return it. In the extra time, my wife and I discussed the ultimate purchase. The price for my purchase was fair and possibly slightly lower than Kelly Blue Book. The team made what I created into a long day, an enjoyable experience. I will shop Walser Toyota again. If you stop in for a visit, I suggest you get your sarcasm face on the first queue you get from the team! More
Katie went above and beyond, along with Travis, to find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. While I never got to test drive the vehicle I went to the dealership for, I was pleasantly surprised to fin vehicle that fit what I was looking for. The 4 on price was because Walser was slightly higher for a similar vehicle when I checked later online, but still reasonably close. To get a 5, Walser would have had to beat the other prices for similar vehicles. Thanks! More

Very good experience overall. Mr Novak explained it but in a more low key manner. No big deal but they seemed kind of pushy and I know that these items are big money makers for the dealerships. Toyotas are good cars so why all the extra stuff???? More

This was not a big sale, it was not a big deal, but the staff have made me feel as if I were their only customer and I have appreciated that beyond everything else. Thank you, to all of them. More
