The no hassle approach is nice, as I was not really pressured into a sale. Employees are nice when you get a hold of them. Several times I needed to speak with someone about my car, and wasted much tim pressured into a sale. Employees are nice when you get a hold of them. Several times I needed to speak with someone about my car, and wasted much time trying to call my salesperson, then calling and being transferred to 5 managers, none of whom would answer. I would get a return call about 5 hours later. Very frustrating. Brian in the shop was very helpful, as I had problems wig the car 10 minutes after taking it off the lot. Might go back. More
I had a bad experiance with Walser dealer ships in the past. This trip on 10/30 changed my opinion of this family of dealerships. When I arrived Josh met my wife and I by the vehicle I wanted to look at. Josh very knowlegable of the products he was selling which impressed me. I liked the way he presented everything up front. The sales managers were also excellent. Josh and the dealership carried a very high level of energy which was exciting to see. From start to finish I can honestly say Josh did a great job and was very patient with us as well as the other 5 familys he was working with. The only downside to the whole process was the time it takes to purchase a vehicle. Plan on spending a few hours there as Saturdays are off the hook busy. Very pleasant experiance this trip! Rated A+ The first week went by and the van was in the shop the last 5 out of 7 days so far. My wife and I went in today and asked for either a refund or exchange. After walking the lot and found nothing to our liking in our price range the dealer knew we were ready to walk so he searched other dealer lots. HE got us the one I checked out a few days ago and got it within a matter of a few minutes. Given the hassle we went through bringing the car in every day for the past week they would even condsider any concession of off the replacement.( I wasn't even asking for much but somethhing. The CANNED phrase "our prices are set and we do not negotiate"was said by a couple of managers as well as the salesman. I even got screwed for the registration tax twice The business manager said this is a state paid fee and is not refundable. So exchanging the car costed me a $100. more than the upcharge. I feel I rated the dealer appropriately since the service department took care of us including paying for a rental all 5 days. I left several voicemail for the sales manager Scott and did no recieve a single call back. Tony the General manager did thank me for our business and keeping our and not making any scenes. More
Joe Bittner was friendly and helpful when I was looking for a new corolla. It was helpful to show me where I would come to get an oil change, since I was not familiar with the lay out of the facil for a new corolla. He was customer service oriented which is a real asset if you want to do a great job at selling something and have future customers. If I knew someone who was looking for a new car, I would suggest they talk with him at Walser Toyota, as a first step, because he seemed knowledgeable and personable. More
Mike Parr was by far the best salesperson we have dealt with in the industry. He showed great attention to detail and wanted to ensure he was able to secure us the vehicle that met our needs. This was in stark contrast to the relationship that was managed by Lexus of Wayzata. Mike was forthright, honest and showed interest. Although the price was a little higher at Toyota, the value and the salesmenship was far superior. I would highly recommend Mike Parr to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I am the happy driver of a 2011 Toyota RAV4. I had a highlander previously and was happy with it also. I love the way the RAV4 operates on the highway and it's so easy to park! The back opens up so w highlander previously and was happy with it also. I love the way the RAV4 operates on the highway and it's so easy to park! The back opens up so wide and I am able to get all my gear in the back with ease. I teach exercise classes around the city and have to transport equipment for my classes. The storage area in the back is just as big as the highlander, I love it. Our 18 year old daughter also has a RAV4, quite a bit older but still running great. I will always drive a Toyota! Walser always takes great care of me and all my needs. Steve Bradach really helped us out with our sale and made sure we were completely happy. Thanks More
