Scott was very knowledgeable and friendly. It is the 2nd car we have purchased from him in the last 3 months. The only thing is it would have been nice to be reminded of the option to finance as we didn't have the checkbook with us. I went into Walser Toyota to simply look at a vehicle they had on the lot. I hadn't really intended on purchasing that day. I was greeted in the parking lot by Bronwyn who knew exactly where to find th they had on the lot. I hadn't really intended on purchasing that day. I was greeted in the parking lot by Bronwyn who knew exactly where to find the vehicle I was looking for. She was very friendly and took an interest in me as a person, not just a potential sale. She listened as I blabbed on about the vehicle I was looking at, since it wasn't a Toyota. After the test drive we went in and started talking about my trade-in and "numbers". I never once felt pressured to buy the vehicle, but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse for my trade and I decided to buy a "new" car that night. Zach was great to work with on the financing. Very friendly and outgoing, easy to talk to and funny as can be. He actually made the most painful part, money, easy painless and almost enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Walser. I went to Luther Hyundai ready to buy and they spent so much time playing games, I walked out. I really appreciate the length that Scott and Tiffany went to help me get my Prius. I live over 50 miles away from the dealership and work almost 25 miles away so they worked with me to do alot of paper went to help me get my Prius. I went looking for a "new" car (used one) and Walser was on the top of my list as my previous car had been bought through them. As have all the current cars my family currently owns. Walser has always given me great customer service in the past so while I did look at some other cars at other dealerships, the brand and their friendliness decided me on getting my car from Walser Toyota. They also a very good selection of new and used cars. Much larger than I have seen at other dealerships. So I was able to easily find what I was looking for. The prices there are quite comparable to other dealers and lower in some cases. Overall, I was very happy with my experience there. More
