Bob Spicher took fantastic care of my wife and I. We came in to check on what options were available as we were going to have to turn in our lease soon. He was knowledgeable about all makes making it easy to compare features and finally decide we wanted a late model Highlander. Then he diligently looked for the perfect car for us. The day it arrived on their lot he screened it, called us correctly saying it met all criteria, and by 9 p.m. that night we drove it home.
