Buying out my lease should not be that difficult and time consuming. Kela is a very good sales person, however the front desk should have informed me that he was with another customer and I would need to wai consuming. It was 45 minutes before I was even acknowledged by him. The whole ordeal from entering the dealership till I walked out with my 'new' car was over 3.5 hours. Way too long. Processes and education about customer service are both needed. More
