My truck broke down on a Saturday. I called service and spoke to Breanna. She was very helpful and explained what I needed to do to get a tow. Within 1 hour my truck was picked up and I called service and spoke to Breanna. She was very helpful and explained what I needed to do to get a tow. Within 1 hour my truck was picked up and brought to dealership. Breanna called and confirmed they had it and someone would call me Monday. Neal called and explained what they found and said they couldn’t get the parts until Tuesday. He was very apoplectic and concerned that I was satisfied. On Tuesday Neal called again and said it was ready. I didn’t have a ride so he arranged for someone to come get me. The whole service team was Awsome!!!!! More
