They need to do a better job of checking vehicles before they put them on the lot for sale. They did repair it and were very apologetic, but it shouldn't have happened. They are almost impossible to get on the phone. More

Went in for the “free” first oil change. Never have a had vehicle get doused with that much oil on the interior as I had when I picked uo my truck. I was outside enjoying the fine Mississippi humidity when Top Flight oil changer guy looking like a wannabe Nashville dude ranch hand, brought my truck from the bay, when he got out he paused to look at the seat which I found odd. I followed him inside to grab my keys and did just that. Opened the door and I was met with heavy oil residue on the drive door armrest, door handle, door trim just be,on the window. Heavy oil residue was also on 3/4th`s of the seat and the center armrest. Went inside and told the female service writer with dark hair the issue. Service manager came out and he looked into my truck and went on an apology tour and essentially dogged his own guy in front of me. What kind of supervisor does that in front a a customer? None should be the answer, even if his guy is wrong, a good leader defends his guys, but gets in that xxx behind closed doors. Anywhoo, service manager went and got a dirty rag and some window cleaner from inside and came back out and spent about 3 minute’s unxxxxing the xxxxed chicken his top flight (not from Nashville) oil changer guy `s mess to clean up. I used some humor yes, but its crazy to me that no plastic was used over the seat or steering wheel and he knows whet he did, I literally watched him (not from Nashville)pause when he got out of my truck and look at the seat before closing the drivers door. I hope they can read this. Mike b More
