was awful ?? recommend, it was warranty work I had a 1pm appointment, I checked on progress at 1:30, they said they were working on it. I walked around the dealership at 1:40 and my truck was in I had a 1pm appointment, I checked on progress at 1:30, they said they were working on it. I walked around the dealership at 1:40 and my truck was in the same place I parked it. They took it back shortly, then said they didn't have the right parts that were ordered a few days before. They got them from someplace and it took another hour and half to finish up a job that was supposed to take 30 minutes. I am not sure of the names of the service reps More
