Dead battery I was about to leave work when my car wouldn’t start. I called Walt Massey and told them my problem and asked if they could send someone to jump my ca I was about to leave work when my car wouldn’t start. I called Walt Massey and told them my problem and asked if they could send someone to jump my car off, which they did. After trying to get a battery and someone to put it in at a local parts store, I had to call Walt Massey again to ask if they could help with a battery and install it for me. They not only did that for me but one of their mechanics stayed after they were supposed to close to help me. I’m very grateful for that and happy with the service I receive from Walt Massey. More

The part was unavailable through GM, backordered with no solid delivery date, so they found a GM part through another vendor...I'm sure it wasn't cheap. Scheduled an appointment and the car was fixed. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue...great dealership, with great folks! Great Sales Experience;Took too Long to get Car Ready to Go. David Parnell was great to deal with. He was courteous and respectful to a Senior Citizen, and that was much appreciated. He explained things that I needed clarification on. Great at his job. Shemuel Mc Craney was great in the finance department. She was friendly and respectful, and she also was good at answering any questions I had. The only issue I had was that I arrived there at 10 a.m. for a test drive and decided to purchase that vehicle. It was late afternoon before my car was ready for me to take home. Mr. Parnell checked on it several times, and apparently the detailing folks were shorthanded and running behind. I did not enjoy the long wait. More
