Sold product that was known to be defective Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeared to rub the inside wheel well. No problem I said that’s an easy fix. After I fixed that, it still rubbed. So I jacked it up and looked underneath. The oversized tires rubbed the sway arms. Not good!! Of course, even though the truck is still under warranty, I bought it “as is”...So service doesn’t matter. Not a good way to treat paying customers. More

The Tech, Joe Lister did not know what he was doing. This is the Third time I have brought is truck in since purchase Eight months ago. Each time I bring it in the gas mileage will drop Three Miles/Gallon and we are now down to 19.8 MPG. The tech told me that it had bad motor mounts causing the mileage to drop and the Tachometer to fluctuate up 200RPM and Down 100 from idle. The Tech does not know what he is doing and the past two times I was in for the same problem the other Techs said everything was ok. This has been an on going problem since a week after the purchase. The truck also stalls when you put on brakes hard. I have had the truck nearly stall out twice in emergency when I was in near misses from other drivers. It was suggested that I bring it back and leave it another day this week to let another Tech have a look at it! I am doing my best to give your company an opportunity to resolve my 2017 GMC problems.
