I went because I had a recall. Some people weren't very helpful when I asked where I should go. Just pointing different cubicles where no one was sitting. I finally saw Gary in his he wasn't very friendly, just got my name and said he didn't know how long it would be. I received a message about what needed attention on the car. Waited another 10 minutes and asked another gentleman who worked there how long would it be before I get my vehicle and showed him what was sent to me. He was very helpful and explained to me what it is. He then asked who my service guy was I told him Gary. He went to his office and told Gary I was waiting to speak with him he never came out. He called a little while later and said do I want the services performed but I had already responded to the message that was sent. The other problem I had was if I had decided to get a battery I would have been overcharged. I declined it because I had just purchased a battery and decided to take it back to Autozone because it had a warranty if it was bad. Turns out it wasn't the main battery it was the smaller one that only cost $62.50. Now that does make me look at the dealership a little funny because the charge for a battery was almost $470 there. More
