I was told I needed a battery that would cost nearly $500, even though I did not need a new battery. Additionally, the advertised oil change and tire rotation package was $99, but I was charged more because of my tires. If there were additional charges or restrictions associated with this package, that should have been clearly communicated before any services were performed. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and upfront pricing—not unexpected charges and pressure to purchase unnecessary services. This experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I expect better customer service and would appreciate an explanation of these charges and a review of my bill. More

I have bought my truck to them for the same problem multiple times. They claimed to have fixed the problem but the problem Was not fixed. $3000 worth the work That didn't fix the problem. NOW THE ISSUE IS ON THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM THAT WAS CLAIMED TO BE FIXED ? THAT MEANS I PAID FOR WORK THAG DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR MORE WORK THAT WOULD POSSIBLY NOT FIX THE PROBLEM BECAUSE A TECHNICIAN DID A POOR JOB?! More
