You guys always help me keep up with recalls or maintenance needed. It helps keep my stress down. Gil is the best service representative I've ever worked with. My truck has given me issues for several years and I have been to many other dealerships getting its issues addressed. Gil has a knack of going beyond surface level diagnoses and getting to the "root cause" of issues. When other places would suggest replacing very expensive parts, Gil dug in a little deeper with his team and found the real issue. He is exceptional in his knowledge, fair in his judgements, and honest in his assessments. Not to mention, he always goes the extra mile. I do not want to get my truck serviced again if he is not overseeing it! More
