Service department needs a lot of help detailing crew is horrible. Take forever for your repairs if you're done I'm going to be done right you have to bring it back up there and get everything done again I horrible. Gil is the best service representative I've ever worked with. My truck has given me issues for several years and I have been to many other dealerships getting its issues addressed. Gil has a knack of going with. My truck has given me issues for several years and I have been to many other dealerships getting its issues addressed. Gil has a knack of going beyond surface level diagnoses and getting to the "root cause" of issues. When other places would suggest replacing very expensive parts, Gil dug in a little deeper with his team and found the real issue. He is exceptional in his knowledge, fair in his judgements, and honest in his assessments. Not to mention, he always goes the extra mile. I do not want to get my truck serviced again if he is not overseeing it! More

My car was dropped off on Monday, May 18th, I called and messaged multiple times only to be told the service advisor was not available and would "call me back", never heard anything until l contacted someon messaged multiple times only to be told the service advisor was not available and would "call me back", never heard anything until l contacted someone at the dealership next door. I was then contacted on Thursday May 21st (after contacting the dealership next door) and told that nothing was found with my car and would be contacted by 5pm that same day and could get my car if nothing else was found. I was never contacted. I showed up this morning (Friday, May 22nd) to get my car and was told that there were 47 low voltage codes and a parasitic draw in the BCM and was told it was updated, after initially (and at pick up) being told that nothing was found. I was also informed that my car was completed within 1hr and 45 minutes after drop off on Monday, May 18th. My car has been sitting at the dealership for 5 days, leaving me inconvenienced and having to borrow someone else's vehicle to get to and from work, just to be told there was nothing wrong and then again to be told they did find something wrong. Whether it is a lack of communication or something else, I'm very disappointed with this experience, I brought my car to this dealership to be serviced, not to sit in the lot for 5 days. More

We scheduled our appointment over two weeks in advance for factory recall work for oir Pacifica we bought from the Licedale Massey. I know from having the same work done on the same model at another deal for factory recall work for oir Pacifica we bought from the Licedale Massey. I know from having the same work done on the same model at another dealer the expected time to complete is 3 hours. I confirmed this timing when making the appointment. An hour in an oil change had been done and we were approached if we really wanted the recall done that day as Service was short staffed and it would take an additional 5+ hours. We had driven 75 minutes to the dealership for the work. We also brought our Grand Cherokee for inspection. We suggested they contact Sales as we may want to just trade this vehicle. Our Service Advisor, Gil did his part to get us a Loaner so we could get home that day. We called several times the next morning-- without Gil there, no one knew the status of our recall repair. Sales did call back but had no information to help us. We picked up the Grand Cherokee to be fixed someplace else and are shopping at the Jeep dealership in LA for the Wrangler we intended to buy. More
