He's exceptionally kind, polite, well mannered and someone you could see yourself being friends with. It has never felt like I'm being sold to, but more like he's guiding me patiently through the process and is an advocate helping to get me a fair trade in value and a great price on the car I'm hoping to take home. If he's sold me three cars, he's obviously doing something better than others that keeps me coming back. I feel like he's an advisor more than a salesman and together, I'm confident with the purchase I've make, and especially the price that I paid. By pass the others, and ask for Stephen Garlatta! More

I must say I have purchased many many vehicles in my lifetime and have never written an email or letter commending the dealership and all the staff I dealt with. Believe me I have been in some nightmarish dealership trying to purchase a vehicle, Blake did a great job helping us with the transaction as well as Dean everyone was very professional as well as yourself.
